How to create a Gambit costume

Shoulder length brown hair wig
Button down satin shirt - purple/pink
Black pants
The vest is up to you
Trench coat
Bo Staff
Black boots
...the all important cards

We will have more updates soon on a more expanded costume and hopefully some tips to make your cards light up (maybe even explode).

Women of Gambit's life

Firstly, it's all about Rogue. Everyone else is meaningless and background noise. That doesn't mean they didn't have a big part of his history, but his future is Rogue and everyone knows this. Here is a list of other women who have or had a place in his life:

Belladonna, Storm, Courier, Foxx, Candra, Alexandra, Clare, Yukio, Lilly and Minnie.

Review of Gambit in X-Men Origins: Wolverine

At first...underwhelmed by the movie (like most of the X-Men so far), I was quite dissapointed. After watching it 4 more times, I liked it each time a little more. My conclusion: It's a good movie with great fighting scenes (although it could have used more). In regards to how an X-Men movie should be done, it was a different story. They need to find a writer that is a geniune X-Men fan for the next movies.

Gambit's role in X-Men Origins: Wolverine
He was introduced with the stereotypical character you'd guess they would cast for this role. I believe that he did an alright job with the lines he was given, but they missed the mark on his character in general. He was as the 'last second' saviour a couple times. His one little battle with Wolverine was very melee based, and the only charging he did (not the stick stuff), was a neat card throw in his first scene (the cards didn't even really blow up though).
Overall the movie gets an 8/10
Gambits role in the movie gets 4/10

Gambits Video Games

Isn't it time for Gambit to get a video game? Think how great it would be for an X-Men game centered around Remy. Charging doors, throwing cards at sentinels...When he gets his movie, he will probably get a game with that. We need to make sure and buy it only if it's up to the high standards, Gambit fans deserve. Here is a list of games that he has been in so far:

X-Men: Mutant Accademy
X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse
Spiderman & X-Men: Arcades Revenge
X-Men Legends
X-Men Legends 2
X-Men
X-Men 2: Clone Wars
X-Men vs. Street Fighter
Marvel vs. Capcom
Marvel vs. Capcom 2

Gambits Powers

Gambit is definately one of the most unique X-Men. From his attitude to his relationship with Rogue. Gambit and Wolverine also have a unique love/hate relationship. His power come in handy when he is not on friendly terms with each X-Men member (at it happens quite frequentyly).

Blowing stuff up
The more technical term of kinetic energy manipulation. When Gambit charges objects, it is useful for a couple things.
#1. Lighting areas.
#2. Blowing stuff up.
The size of the object matters, it is much more difficult for Gambit to charge bigger objects. Gambit in general, isn't able to charge organic objects.

Speed and reflex
Gambit also has good speed and agility. Not to the likes of other X-Men like Wolverine, but still impressive.

Is Gambit going to make a move for Rogue?

Back and forth, from episode to episode, Comic to comic. Will Gambit ever make a move on Rogue to make some commitment. Now, from Gambit's point of view, it's easy to see why he isn't going to propose or anything...but come on! A couple episodes in a row of going out together.
